Terms of Service

These terms govern your booking with Little Dreams, a children's themed party venue at 244 Denton Lane, Chadderton, OL9 8PE, United Kingdom (referred to here as “we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a booking you confirm that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and that you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and every guest in your party.

If anything here isn't clear, email hello@littledreamsclub.co.uk before you book and we'll happily talk it through.

• Bookings are made online at littledreamsclub.co.uk and are confirmed only once the deposit has been paid and you receive a confirmation email from us.
• We require at least seven (7) days' notice for new bookings. Earlier slots may be possible on request — just ask.
• Your booking is for a specific date, time slot, theme and package. Changes are subject to availability and the rules in Section 4.
• You confirm at the point of booking that the details you have given us (your name, contact details, the birthday child's name and age, allergies and special requests) are accurate.

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is charged when you confirm online via Stripe.
• The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the party and can be paid by card or contactless at the venue (or in full in advance if you prefer the “Pay in full today” option at checkout).
• All prices include VAT where applicable, and are in GBP.
• Add-ons selected at booking are charged per-child or per-item as shown at checkout. Add-ons cannot be removed after a booking is confirmed except at our discretion.
• We use Stripe to process payments. Your card details are entered on Stripe's servers and are never stored by us.

We understand life happens. Our policy balances flexibility for you with the realities of holding a date for you.

• 14 or more days before the party: deposit refunded in full minus a £10 administration fee, OR reschedule once free of charge.
• 7 to 14 days before: half the deposit refunded, OR reschedule once free of charge.
• Under 7 days: the deposit is non-refundable. We may reschedule at our discretion subject to availability.
• Under 48 hours: the deposit is non-refundable and the full 50% balance remains owed.
• If we have to cancel (rare, but possible for circumstances outside our control — see Section 9), we'll refund 100% of everything you have paid, or work with you to find a replacement date that suits you.
• Parties rescheduled more than once may incur a £25 administration fee.

• A parent or responsible adult must remain at the venue throughout the party. Our staff lead activities but do not act in loco parentis.
• We provide a costumed host, themed venue, treatments, games, music, a tea party (parents bring their own birthday cake and party bags) and a professional photo session.
• You are responsible for the conduct of your guests. Behaviour that we judge to be unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, or causing wilful damage may result in the party being ended early without refund.
• Please arrive five minutes before your slot. We start and end on time so that the next party can begin.
• We are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged at the venue. Please ask staff to check the venue for forgotten items before you leave.

You must disclose any allergies, dietary requirements or medical conditions that affect the birthday child or any guest at the point of booking, and again on arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Where a child has a serious allergy (e.g. requiring an EpiPen), please bring the medication with you and confirm at arrival that staff know where it is.

We take photos at every party for the purposes of (a) producing a private gallery for the booking parent, and (b) where consent is given, showcasing our work on social media and marketing.

You will be asked to complete a photo consent form. If you do not consent, your child will be excluded from all group shots, the private gallery, and any social media; individual shots, if taken, will be stored only in the booking's private gallery and never used publicly. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing hello@littledreamsclub.co.uk. For more detail on how we handle photos, see our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by English law.

Subject to the above:

• We hold full public-liability insurance for our staff and the venue.
• We are not liable for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or that was not caused by our breach.
• Our total liability to you arising from a single party is limited to the amount you paid us for that party.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, or any third-party costs.

If we cannot host your party because of circumstances genuinely outside our control — severe weather, fire, flood, power outage at the venue, government order, public health restriction, or similar — we will contact you as soon as we can and offer either (a) a full refund of all monies paid, or (b) a free reschedule to a mutually agreed date.

All website content, themes, photography, video and copy on littledreamsclub.co.uk is owned by Little Dreams or used under licence. You may not reproduce it commercially without our prior written consent. You may, of course, share the photos we send you of your own party with friends and family privately on personal social media.

Little Dreams is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company or any other entertainment brand. Our themed parties are inspired by classic public-domain fairy tales, folklore and storybook characters. Any resemblance between our princess hosts and copyrighted characters is not intended.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the version live on the website at the time you confirmed and paid your deposit. Material changes are notified to existing customers by email.
